Parrot / Tia / Parakeet is a common bird of Bangladesh. It is found all over Bangladesh. It is about 42cm long. Its whole body is green in colour. It has a strong , curved beak, which is bright red in colour. Its eyes are round and yellow in colour. Its feet are red. It has a Tall, slim tail. Around its neck is black in colour and there is red colored ring. It eats grass, nuts , chili, ripe banana and others fruit. The Parrot / Tia / Parakeet lives in flocks. It builds nests in tall shimul trees or in the holes of empty buildings. It lays four or six eggs. Its can copy some human voice. It is beautiful to look at.
